Dr Blenman is an immunologist, clinical chemist, and computer scientist with expertise in clinical and translational research. She uses and develops novel software tools and wet lab methods to understand the mechanisms responsible for disparities in disease pathogenesis, therapeutic response, and therapy-induced toxicity.
We welcome support for our mission of (1) identifying predictive markers of and developing drug therapy for treatment emergent adverse events (TEAEs), (2) verifying and validating the performance of artificial intelligence (AI) tools for use in clinical care, and (3) promoting equity in STEM by teaching, mentoring, and sponsoring the next generation of scientists who come from diverse lived experiences that represent the society that we live in and the patients that we treat.
